Income Tax Principal Chief Commissioner, Mumbai Region has announced recruitment for the posts of Income Tax Assistant, Income Tax Inspector, MTS, Canteen Attendant and Stenographer. This recruitment has been done from sports quota. That means only talented players will get a chance in this. The number of vacancies is 291. Last date of application is 19 January 2024. 10th, 12th pass, graduates can apply for this recruitment.
Age Range
Income Tax Inspector – 18 – 30 years
Stenographer Grade-II (Steno) – Between 18 to 27 years
Tax Assistant (TA) – Between 18 to 27 years
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – Between 18 to 25 years
Canteen Attendant (CA) – Between 18 to 25 years
SC and ST will get relaxation of five years in the upper age limit and OBC will get three years relaxation.
Educational qualification
Income Tax Inspector – Graduation in any discipline.
Stenographer Grade-II (Steno) – 12th pass.
Tax Assistant (TA)- Graduation in any discipline.
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – 10th pass.
Canteen Attendant (CA)-10th pass.
