BPSC: Bihar Public Service Commission has released recruitment for more than 1000 posts in Agriculture Department, applications from 15th

There will be restoration on 1051 posts in Bihar Agriculture Department. After a long time, so many vacancies have been released by the Agriculture Department at one go. Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the examination. Candidates can apply from 15th January. The last date of application is 28 January. Commission Secretary Ravi Bhushan said that the examination manual is on the BPSC website. Maximum recruitment will be done on 866 posts of Block Agriculture Officer. There will be recruitment on a total of 155 posts of Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer, Deputy Project Director, Atma Sahayak and Director (Crops) and equivalent. At the same time, recruitment has been done for 19 posts of Assistant Director (Agricultural Engineering) and 11 posts of Director of Plant Protection.

Bihar Agricultural Service Category-1 (Crops) Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer/Deputy Project Director/Assistant Director (Crops) and equivalent – B.Sc. Agriculture Science.
Bihar Agricultural Service Category- 2- Agricultural Engineering Degree.
Bihar Agricultural Service Category-5- Bachelor's Degree with Elective Plant Protection.
Bihar Agriculture Subordinate Service Category-1, Block Agriculture Officer and equivalent – B.Sc Agriculture Degree.

relaxation in age limit

– Unreserved category maximum age limit, male – 37 years
– Backward Class / Extremely Backward Class (Male and Female) – 40 years
– Unreserved category; Female – 40 years
– Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe (Male and Female) – 42 years

Selection will be based on written examination and interview. The written examination will be of three subjects, in which there will be one paper of 100 marks for General Hindi. There will be one paper of General Knowledge of 100 marks. There will be two papers of 200 marks each i.e. 400 marks examination of the respective subject. The exam will be of two hours each. Objective questions will be asked in this.

It is mandatory to pass the General Hindi examination. You will have to score 30 marks in this. Those who succeed in the written examination will have an interview for 50 marks. In this examination, weightage of some marks is also to be given to the personnel who have already worked in this examination.
