BPSC: Another teacher recruitment in Bihar, you can apply from 25th April, know special things including qualification.

Teachers will be recruited in secondary and higher secondary in Simultala Residential School under Bihar Education Department. BPSC has invited applications in this regard. 41 teachers will be recruited in secondary and 21 teachers in higher secondary. Among the vacant posts, 11 posts are unreserved. 4 are reserved for EWS, 8 SC, 1 ST and 10 for Extremely Backward Classes. Applications for this will be taken from 25th April to 16th May. Successful candidates can apply in the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by the Central and Bihar Government. Complete rules related to appointment have been made available on the website.

Qualification for secondary teacher

– Must have passed the teacher eligibility test conducted by the Central or Bihar Government.
– Graduation with at least 55 percent marks. (Graduation with 50% for reserved category)
– B.Ed.
– 3 years experience in recognized plus two level school.
Secondary Teacher Pay Scale – Level-9

Qualification for Higher Secondary Teacher

– Must have passed the teacher eligibility test conducted by the Central or Bihar Government.
– Post graduation with at least 55% marks. (Graduation with 50% for reserved category)
– B.Ed.
– 3 years experience in recognized plus two level school.

Higher Secondary Teacher Pay Scale – Level-11

All certificates related to minimum qualification, teacher eligibility test, teacher training qualification and educational experience should be issued by the last date of filling online application, 16 May 2024, otherwise the candidature will be cancelled.

Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class – 43 years.
SC and ST – 45 years.
Unreserved Female – 43 years.

How will the selection be done – preliminary examination, main examination and interview.

The number of questions in the preliminary examination will be 120. There will be a 2 hour paper. All questions will be of multiple choice. There will be 30 questions of General Knowledge, 30 questions of Mathematics, 30 questions of Intelligence test and 30 questions of English Grammar in four parts of 120 questions. All questions will be of entry level.
Preliminary examination and main examination will be conducted for recruitment. The candidates who get success in both these will also be interviewed for 100 marks. The preliminary examination will be of two hours. 120 questions will be asked in this. The main examination will be held in two shifts. Candidates having two and a half times the number of successful seats in the main examination will be invited for interview.
