BPSC Recruitment 2024: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has recently released an official notification for the post of Assistant Architect. A total of 106 vacant posts will be filled through the recruitment drive under the Building Construction Department of Bihar Government. Before applying, candidates are advised to read the information related to recruitment, only then start the further process.
According to the official notification, the application process will start from 21st February and the last date to apply has been fixed as 11th March 2024. To apply, candidates have to visit the official website bpsc.bih.nic.in.

Know about the posts
Recruitment has been done for 106 posts of Assistant Architect. 26 posts are reserved for unreserved category, 11 posts for EWS, 21 posts for SC, 2 posts for ST, 27 posts for EBC and 19 posts for OBC category.
Educational qualification
According to the notification issued on February 15, candidates are considered eligible if they have a graduation degree in Architecture and are registered with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. Meanwhile, the notification states that the age limit to apply for unreserved candidates should be between 21 to 37 years, while for OBC, EBC and female candidates it should be between 21 to 40 years. For SC and ST candidates, the age limit to apply for the post should be between 21 to 42 years.
application fees
Reserved category candidates and women applicants of SC/ST/PWD category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200, while candidates of other categories will have to pay Rs 750.
How will the selection be done?
Candidates will be selected through examination. In which there will be 75 multiple choice questions with total 300 marks. The exam will be conducted for 2 hours.
