Bihar Niyojit Shikshak Bharti: After the employed teachers are given the status of state employees, three options will be asked from them regarding their posting. The teacher will tell in which school of the district he wants to be posted. The education department will take three options from them regarding this. After this, these teachers will be posted on the basis of priority list. It is known that the Education Department has prepared rules to give the status of state employees to about four lakh employed teachers. Efforts are underway to get the approval of the state cabinet on this manual. It will be implemented in the state after cabinet approval. After this, competency test of the employed teachers will be taken and those who pass will be given the status of state employee. On the lines of teachers selected by Bihar Public Service Commission, they will also be given all the facilities and pay scales. After being given the status of state employee, these teachers will be posted in various schools as per requirement. Teachers will be posted on the basis of the number of students in schools.
Employed teachers will be given a maximum of three chances to pass the competency test. Teachers who fail even after this will be removed from service. For this, Bihar School Special Teacher Manual, 2023 has been prepared. After getting the status of state employee, they will be known as special teachers. A large number of teachers have suggested removing this specific word. But, consent to remove this word has not been received yet. The department has also decided that those who have been previously employed teachers and have also been successful in the BPSC examination. If these teachers remain at their old places, there will be no need to give the competency test to give them the status of state employee. It is known that the Education Department had released the draft of the rules on October 11. Suggestions and objections were sought on this. The department received suggestions and objections from more than one lakh teachers regarding the manual through e-mail.
Admit card issued for teacher appointment examination
The admit card for the second phase examination has been issued for the appointment of one lakh 22 thousand teachers in the state. Candidates can download the admit card from Saturday. The examination will be held at 540 centers across the state. Seven and a quarter lakh candidates will participate in this. Before downloading the admit card, the candidates will upload the updated passport size photograph (size 25 KB, dimension 250×250) in their dashboard after login and only after that the admit card will be downloaded. The exam center code allotted to the candidate will be recorded in the downloaded admit card. The code (centre code) and the name of the district will be mentioned in it. According to the instructions, those candidates belonging to class 6-8 and class 9-10 who have chosen Social Science, such candidates can choose any two subjects from History, Geography, Economics and Political Science out of which one subject is History or Geography. Only after selection will we do the necessary process related to downloading the admit card.
