UPSC CSE 2024 Notification: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is soon going to release the official notification for UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 on 14th February 2023. Candidates who want to get posts like IAS, IPS, IFS, please note that the application process will be started as soon as the notification is released. Candidates are advised that after the release of UPSC CSE 2024 notification, they should first read the instructions and other information given and proceed with the application only.
When will UPSC CSE Prelims exam be held?
In May 2023, the UPSC 2024 exam calendar was released. As per the schedule, it is reported that the CSE 2024 notification will be released on February 14 and the online application process is likely to start on the same day. The last date to apply for Civil Services Examination 2024 is March 5. Meanwhile, the preliminary exam will be held on 26 May 2024. The candidates who are successful in the preliminary examination will be eligible to appear in the main examination. It will be held on 19 October 2024.

Candidates who have completed graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized institute can apply. Let us tell you, the candidates who are in the final year of their graduation can also apply.

General category candidates, except women, SC, ST and candidates with benchmark disability, will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100.
UPSC will activate the IAS Application Form 2024 online link on 14th February at upsc.gov.in. To appear for the IAS Prelims Exam 2024, candidates must apply online and pay the application fees on time. The application process is explained in detail below.
You will have to register first for UPSC CSE
Candidates applying for UPSC Exam 2024 will have to register themselves on the UPSC website to get the UPSC Registration Number.
– After the release of the notification, first of all you have to go to the official website upsc.gov.in.
Now you have to click on the link 'UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024' on home.
Now you have to fill your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and captcha code.
– After this the candidates will now get the registration number.
Follow these steps to fill UPSC CSE application form
– First of all candidates have to log in by entering their roll number and password or date of birth.
– After which the application form will now be in front of you.
Name, mobile number and email of the applicant will be already filled in the application form. Applicants will have to fill their personal details, educational details, school details and upload other necessary documents including photograph and signature. While uploading photo and signature, please read about the size.
– When all the details are filled, finally the application fee will have to be paid. Let us tell you, the form of the candidates who will not pay the application fee will be rejected.
