UP Board 2023: Students will not be able to cheat in the exam, Yogi government issued strict guidelines

UP Board 2023: Only a few days are left for the UP board exams to begin. In such a situation, the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has issued guidelines to ensure fair and cheating-free board examinations in the state. Let’s know the detail.

According to the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, 50 percent of the invigilators at the examination centers will be from outside while the teacher of the subject for which the examination is to be conducted will not be assigned his duty as an invigilator.

Further, no girl student shall be searched by a male invigilator. At the same time, the invigilator will not be allowed to use mobile, calculator or any other electronic device during the examination.

According to Divyakant Shukla, Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, ‘There will be two invigilators in each examination hall while there will be three invigilators in the hall with more than 40 students.

A releaser will be posted after every five examination halls. In the absence of the required number of invigilators at an examination centre, priority will be given to secondary teachers on the basis of seniority, with primary teachers coming last.”

It has been further said in the guidelines that women investigators will be posted at the centers where the examination of girl students is being conducted.

– No teacher will be deputed to a particular examination center on his/her request. Investigator duty will not be imposed where acquaintances and relatives are taking the exam.

– It further states that: “In order to maintain the fairness of the examinations, it has been decided that the teachers of the schools whose students are appearing for the High School and Intermediate examinations of the Council shall not be posted at the center.” Will go

– The invigilator will also ensure the confidentiality and security of the question papers and also see that the examinees do not enter the examination hall with copies, mobile phones, calculators or any such electronic device.

The invigilator will inspect the examination hall and ensure that there is no text material, posters, charts, written instructions on the blackboard, which may be beneficial to the examinees. Let us tell you, the 10th and 12th examinations of Uttar Pradesh Board will start from February 16.
