Rajasthan students have chance to study abroad for free application process started need jan aadhar card photo

The application process has been started under the Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship for Academic Excellence (RGS) scheme started by the Rajasthan government to provide facilities for higher studies in reputed foreign institutions to the meritorious students of the state. Interested eligible candidates can apply online till 5th November.

Minister of State for Higher Education Bhanwar Singh Bhati informed that the process of applying for this scholarship, which is given through the Higher Education Department, has started from October 22. For this, online application can be made till 5th November at 12 midnight. It is necessary for the student to have a Janadhar card for the application.

Bhati informed that the students of the natives of Rajasthan, who have received the admit cards for studies in the session 2021-22 from 50 universities listed under the scheme, will be eligible for this. Application can be made by logging in with your SSO ID under ‘Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship for Academic Excellence’ available on Department’s website http://hte.rajasthan.gov.in. It is noteworthy that the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has called on the former Prime Minister Late. The scheme was announced on August 20, the birth anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi. Acting promptly, the department made detailed rules and implemented this scheme from this session. Under this, financial assistance will be provided to 200 meritorious students for studies at undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD and post-doctoral levels from 50 reputed institutes of the world like Oxford, Harvard and Stanford University. The state government will bear the entire cost including the travel fare, tuition fees of the students.
