Nation with Namo and Prashant Kishore's IPAC reached IIT BHU placement, gave good salary package

Now the students of IIT BHU will also be involved in the analysis of political and election data of the country. In the annual campus placement drive of the institute, along with software companies from all over the world, political analysis companies have also arrived in search of talent. For the first time, companies like Nation with Namo and Prashant Kishore's I-Peck have come to IIT BHU for campus selection. Nation with Namo has given a package of Rs 15 to 19 lakh to the students selected from IIT BHU. I-PAK also has offers of Rs 15 lakh and Rs 18 lakh per year.

Placement Officer of IIT BHU, Prof. Sushant Srivastava told that the role of students in these companies will be to analyze data. For this, companies have selected students from statistics and software streams.

IITians interfere in political analysis

2024 will be a very busy year in terms of elections in the country. Along with the 18th Lok Sabha elections, elections in many states including Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha are also to be held in the new year. If we look at the electoral methods of the last 10 years, the use of scientific analysis of data, social media and electronic means has increased significantly. After Prashant Kishor's threat in the elections of Bihar, West Bengal and Delhi, a new character called Political Strategist has entered the electoral environment of the country. In the last elections, such strategic companies have proved effective by preparing strategies based on caste data, population density, geographical structure and regional issues.

Now these companies are preparing to involve IIT students also for the election preparations of 2024. Prashant Kishor's I-Peck has selected two students after the IIT interview, while Nation with NaMo has offered two to three students for analyst posts. Some more companies are expected to come to IIT in the coming days.
