Know what will be the further process after CAT Result 2023 declaration

CAT 2023: Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow has released the IIM CAT 2023 result on the official website iimcat.ac.in. CAT i.e. Common Admission Test is conducted for admission to postgraduation management courses like MBA (Master of Business Administration) in various business schools and management institutes of India i.e. IIM. After the declaration of CAT result, Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) call for the next round of the selection process which consists of Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Let us tell you, WAT, GD and PI are conducted for admission to all the top MBA colleges in India. Selection of students for Interview, Essay/Group Discussion etc. is done on the basis of other eligibility criteria like academic performance, academic stream, work experimental etc. Like CAT exam, this round is also not easy. After the release of CAT cut-off percentile, some IIMs also follow the Common Selection Process for Common Admission Process (CAP).

Let us tell you, after the declaration of CAT results, the list of shortlisted candidates is shared on the IIM website. Then, IIM sends interview letters to these candidates. If a candidate is shortlisted for an IIM interview, they will have to produce their CAT marksheet and degree and submit self-attached copies.

Today, on 21st December 2023, IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Lucknow released the CAT Result 2023. Candidates who appeared in the CAT exam can now check their result on the official website. As per the declared results, a total of 3.28 students out of 14 registered candidates have secured 100 percentile marks.
