In this, professionals can progress by studying along with their job. All these courses have been prepared according to the present and future needs. The institute also awards convocation degrees to the students of these courses. For this, it is not necessary for the candidates to score GATE, whereas in other postgraduate courses, admission is done through GATE or JAM.

According to the IIT administration, the institute has started 14 e-Masters degree courses. Permission has been given to complete it in one to three years.
