Patna IIT will host the All IITs Placement Committee of all 23 IITs of the country. The 37th meeting of AIPC is to be held in Patna on 23 September. In this, top representatives of placement/career development cells of total 23 IITs of the country including IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Patna will participate in AIPC. This is the first time that IIT Patna is organizing such a big inter-IIT event.
In this meeting, various issues related to placement/internship for the placement session 2023-24 and better employability of the students will be discussed in depth. Along with this, key points like ongoing lay offs in industries, different joining dates, streamlining the process of placements, training and skill development, AIPC’s guidelines for the industry, increasing job opportunities will be discussed. .
There will be three separate sessions in the meeting. A tour to historical, cultural and spiritual heritage sites of Patna and Bihar has also been planned.
