AISSEE 2024: Make corrections in Sainik School Entrance Exam form till tomorrow, know passing marks

AISSEE Sainik School entrance exam 2024: Corrections can be made in the application form of All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2024 till tomorrow, 24 December 2023. If any candidate feels that there is an error in his/her application form, he/she can correct it till tomorrow. AISSEE Sainik School Entrance Examination will be conducted by NTA on 28 January 2024. Applications for this were taken till 20th December.

In 33 Sainik Schools of the country, the examination for admission from class 6th to class 9th will be held in pen paper mode. Defense Ministry has approved 19 new Sainik Schools. Admission to Class 6 of the new Sainik Schools for the academic year 2024-25 will be done through AISSEE 2024 only. Sainik Schools are English medium residential schools affiliated to the CBSE board. In these schools, along with studies, children are prepared for NDA and NA examinations and careers in other armed forces.

Sainik School Entrance Examination will be conducted in 186 cities. The exam will be held in 13 languages. The student can choose any language.

The examination will be conducted for 150 minutes for admission in class VI and for 180 minutes for admission in class IX. The sixth class exam will be held from 2 to 4.30 pm and the ninth class exam will be held from 2 to 5 pm. In the sixth class, language (Language), Mathematics, Intelligence, General Knowledge will be tested and in the ninth class, the test will be taken for Mathematics, Intelligence, English, General Knowledge, Social Science. There will be an examination of 300 marks in sixth and 400 marks in ninth. There will be no negative marking in the exam. All questions will be MCQ type.

Minimum Qualifying Marks – The student must have at least 25% marks in each section and 40% marks in aggregate. This is not a condition for SC, ST students.
