Stock Market Opening: Market opened with big fall, Sensex below 72400, Nifty slipped below 21950.

Stock Market Opening: Monday was a holiday in India on the occasion of Holi festival, due to which Indian markets are open for business today after three consecutive days. The domestic market seems to have started with a decline. Today Nifty is falling more than Sensex and it has opened with a loss of more than one and a half percent. In fact, the American markets have been dominated by decline during these holiday days and Dow Jones had slipped below the upper levels. However, as soon as the Indian market opened today, it seems to be returning to recovery mode and the weakness has reduced.

Nifty came above 22,000 as soon as the market opened

Nifty has crossed the level of above 22 thousand as soon as the market opened and at 9.25 am it was trading at the level of 22,067, up by 28.90 points or 0.13 percent. In today's trading, weakness is being seen in the market due to the fall of shares of Reliance Industries and HDFC Bank because the weightage of these shares is high.

How was the market opening

The domestic market has started today with a red mark of decline. BSE Sensex opened at the level of 72,396 with a fall of 434.97 points or 0.60 percent. NSE's Nifty opened trading at the level of 21,947.90 with a decline of 148.85 points or 0.67 percent.

Big fall in Bank Nifty also

Bank Nifty today opened above 46,552 with a decline of 310.80 points or 0.66 percent and more than half of the shares of Bank Nifty opened with weakness.

Condition of Sensex-Nifty shares

13 out of 30 Sensex stocks are showing a rise and 17 stocks are in decline. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 22 stocks are trading with strength and 28 stocks with red mark of weakness.

How was the market in pre-opening

Today the Indian market has opened after three days and BSE Sensex was trading at 72695 with a decline of 136.71 points or 0.19 percent. NSE's Nifty was in deep decline and was trading at the level of 21737, falling 359.60 points or 1.63 percent.
