This property is in Rockside Apartment, an almost 50 year old building, which is close to the Arabian Sea. As per the property documents, the purchase of this apartment took place on March 15, 2024. Rekha Jhunjhunwala has paid approximately Rs 59 lakh as stamp duty and registration charges. He has also got a car parking of about 376 square feet in this apartment.

According to a report by Knight Frank, property prices in Mumbai have increased by about 10 percent in the last one year.
