After this, gradually the number of workers for this South Asian country will continue to increase. Indian labor force will prove to be very important for the development of Taiwan. Initial reports said that about 1 lakh people from India would be sent to work in Taiwan. But Taiwan had denied this figure. According to the report, Taiwan has not yet determined the number of workers.
Work will be done on skill development, training and recruitment
The Labor Ministry said that Taiwan will determine the number of labor force. According to the needs of Taiwan, India will work on skill development, training and recruitment of labor force. Notification regarding this MOU will be issued soon. Taiwan will prepare all the documents and soon announce the decision to make India a labor source.
Taiwan's aging population
Taiwan's aging population has become a challenge for it. On the other hand, the pace of economy in India definitely remains fast. But, it is not able to generate employment for crores of youth. Every year lakhs of youth are entering the job market. According to estimates, one-fifth of Taiwan's population will become old by 2025. It is being given the status of super aged society. He wants to give jobs but is not young enough to do them.
