Home sales in Delhi-NCR’s prime housing market Gurugram grew by 10 per cent during the January-March quarter. However, the demand for homes in Noida and Greater Noida has decreased by 23 per cent. Property consultant Anarock gave this information. According to market experts, strong demand for luxury homes has led to a rise in sales in Gurugram.
