Some time back, Maruti Suzuki Swift got 0 rating in Latin Encap test. Now another car of the company, Maruti Suzuki Baleno has also got 0 rating in this test.

The special thing is that the model of Baleno which has got 0 rating is made in India model and is completely identical to the model sold in the Indian market. Due to these safety ratings, the brand image of the company may suffer a major setback.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno will be upgraded
The company is preparing to launch the facelift version of this car. The new Baleno will look mostly similar to the current model of Baleno after a few changes. Talking about engine and power, it can be offered with 1.2L K-Series petrol engine and 1.2L Dualjet petrol engine just like the current Baleno. After talking about other possible features, many standard and safety features will be seen in it including better grille, fog lamps as well as better infotainment system.
