Mahindra XUV 500 coming back in new avatar, will give competition to Creta

Mahindra & Mahindra launched its latest SUV Mahindra XUV 700 some time back. Shortly after the launch, the outgoing model Mahindra XUV 500 was discontinued. The company stopped its production. Now new news is coming out about this car. In the coming time, the company will relaunch this car in the market in a new avatar.

Mahindra XUV500 will come to compete with Creta

The company is planning to launch Mahindra XUV500 again in the Indian market. This car will compete with cars like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and MG Astor as a challenger. In the company’s portfolio, this car will be placed between XUV300 and XUV700.

Production stopped after XUV 700

As told earlier, after launching the XUV700, the company had stopped the production of this car. Mahindra XUV700 has been introduced by the company with two engine options. You can buy it in diesel or petrol version according to your choice. Mahindra XUV 700 has been launched by the company with 2.0 liter mStallion turbo-petrol engine and 2.2 liter mHawk diesel engine. For transmission duties, the car has been given 6 speed manual and 6 speed automatic gearbox.

The Mahindra XUV700 SUV gets a new black grille with tall vertical chrome slates and a new logo at the front. It gets new LED headlamps with LED DRLs, large twin C-shaped LED daytime running lights. It gets new flush-fitting door handles, integrated turn signals with electric-powered ORVMs and flared wheel arcs, giving it a rugged look. The rear gets a sculpted tailgate with stylish wraparound LED taillamps.
