Improvised explosive device was used

According to the police, the owner of the motorcycle is also included in the three injured, while the condition of one injured remains critical. According to a statement by the Bomb Disposal Team, a 200-gram improvised explosive device (IED) was used in the blast. According to officials, IEDs are often used in blast-related incidents.
