David Carrick came under suspicion when two years ago in March 2021 he raped a woman with then associate police officer Wayne Couzens and He was murdered by strangulation. David Carrick’s name also came up in the murder case. In view of the murder case, his crimes were investigated. A few days after the investigation, he was dismissed from the post of police officer. While sentencing, the judge said that life imprisonment was appropriate for such a crime.
