Kabul Bomb Blast: Afghanistan shook! Bomb blast at school in Kabul, 23 students killed

Kabul Bomb Blast: Today, a bomb exploded in a school in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. Around 23 students died in this blast. This bomb blast happened this morning. Taliban spokesperson Khalid Zadran has given information about this. Around 30 people have been injured in this blast. The death toll is likely to rise further. CNN has reported about this.

At the time of the bomb blast, students were in the process of giving entrance exams to the school. At the same time, a terrorist blew himself up among these students. 23 students died and 30 people including teachers were injured. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

According to a teacher of the school where the bomb blast took place, the explosion was so severe that the hands and feet of the children who were killed in the classroom were paralyzed. Dead bodies were lying everywhere in a pool of blood. We collected the children’s limbs with our own hands. The floor was covered in blood. Many photos and videos after the bomb blast have been shared on social media.

According to a local journalist, most of the students involved in the incident were Hazara and Shia. Hazara is the third largest ethnic religion in Afghanistan. The area where the blast took place is a predominantly Shia-Muslim area, where the minority Hazara community lives. During the blast, the students were preparing for admission to the university at the coaching centre. This time the attackers blew themselves up with suicide bombs.

“We have so far counted 100 dead bodies of our students. The number of students killed is much higher. Classroom was packed. This was a mock university entrance exam, so students could prepare for the real one.” A member of the Kaaj higher education center tells me.
