Altaf Hussain Loses Property Case: Altaf Hussain is one of the big leaders of Pakistan’s politics. He was the leader of Pakistan’s political party Muttahida Qaumi Movement in London. Altaf belongs to Karachi city of Pakistan. Meanwhile, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Monday (March 13) won a victory over MQM London supremo Altaf Hussain in a case related to the ownership of seven properties in London.

Insolvency and Company ((ICC) Judge Clive Jones ruled in the property case. He is a High Court judge in the High Court of Justice Business and Property Court of England and Wales. He ruled that the MQM-P Real is MQM party.The leader of this party is Information Technology Minister Aminul Haque who is the real owner of the trust.

Co-founder Siddiqui gave the information
Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) has filed a settlement against its founder Altaf Hussain for ownership of London properties worth 10 million pounds (1 billion). Has won the long-standing legal battle. MQM-P co-founder Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui confirmed this on Monday (March 13). Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters in Pakistan along with senior party leaders Dr. Farooq Sattar, Mustafa Kamal, Nasreen Jaleel, Siddiqui described the London High Court’s decision as a victory for the party.

According to the same information, properties worth Rs 3.4 billion were still under the control of the founder of MQM. On this, the court ruled that Altaf had resigned from the party after his August 2016 speech, so he was no longer a beneficiary.

MQM-P currently has a total of 6 properties 
In a press conference in Karachi, the party leader said that the MQM-P currently has a total of 6 properties, while one property has been sold. , Which is a total of 10 million pounds (100 crores). The ownership of all these is with MQM-P only. These properties will be used for families of martyrs, missing workers and prisoners. Siddiqui confirmed that the MQM-P’s lawyer, Barrister Nazar Muhammad, informed of the decision via telephone from London and congratulated the MQM-P on the success of the case.
