In the Vadodara love affair, the girl’s family members killed the young man by beating him to death

Vadodara: A shocking incident has taken place in Chokari village of Padra taluka of the district. In the love affair, my young woman’s family has killed 20-year-old Jayesh Rawal. The entire convoy reached the spot after the villagers reported the matter to the local police station. The girl’s father, brother, uncle and grandfather have been arrested in the incident.

“My brother was dragged away and they were talking about killing my brother,” said the deceased’s sister. I was also beaten. So dizzy I fell. My brother has been killed by these people. The accused should be sentenced to death for killing my brother. “We want justice,” said the deceased’s brother.

Four or five people together beat the young man with a stick. In which 20-year-old Jayesh Rawal was killed. Police were on the run when a video of a young man being beaten up went viral on social media.

Upon learning of the incident, the police rushed to the spot and sent the body of the youth for postmortem. Police have registered a case of murder and kidnapping against accused Kiran, Mohan, Ramesh and Kalidas Mali.

Vadodara district police chief Sudhir Desai said police had arrested four accused after the incident. At present, police arrangements have been made to ensure peace in the village. The accused have been charged with murder, kidnapping and assault.
