It is being told that the accused was caught cutting hair of women in Ramnagar government hospital a few years back. Not only this, on March 30, on Ram Navami in Ramnagar, he had cut the hair of a girl.

Such an incident also happened in a mass marriage ceremony.

The women’s hair was also cut by this young man in the procession on Sunday. The victimized women allege that during the recent mass marriage ceremony, along with some women’s hair was cut, the bride’s hair was also cut. It is suspected that the same youth might have been involved in this incident as well. Kotwali’s SSI Anees Ahmed said that the accused has been arrested on the basis of the video. The accused has been identified as Tanda, a resident of Wasim. It was presented in the court under section 323 and 354 and after that he was sent to jail.
