UP SSF will handle the security of Hindon Airport in place of UP Police, the number of women security personnel increased in the team

ACP Poonam Mishra said that policemen from nearby districts were deployed here. It included Hapur, Noida, Bulandshahr etc. All these policemen are now being sent back. The UP SSF team has been specially trained to deal with major monuments, iconic institutions or in case of any special riot situation. With the arrival of the UP SSF team, the security system will be further strengthened. This team is effective in handling any kind of emergency at Hindon Airport. The female members of the team are also quite capable. Earlier, the number of women in the UP Police team was only two.

Flight services are closed

The Airport Authority of India and the state government may be paying a lot of attention to the security system of Hindon Airport, but the fact is that flight services have stopped here for the last one month. This information is also not being given by the airlines company that when the services for Kalaburagi and Hubli will start again from Hindon. SpiceJet has also been allowed to resume flights to Pithoragarh, but on this route too no flight has started again after the closure of flight services by Heritage Airlines. On the other hand, a day ago, MP VK Singh had informed that the land of Hindon Airport, which is running on lease, will soon be transferred to the Airport Authority. Rs 39.69 crore has also been allocated for this. The responsibility of completing this process has been entrusted to DM Ghaziabad.
