Bijnor: In Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor district, a leopard once again seriously injured a five-year-old girl and tried to drag her into the forest. In Jeetpur village, a 10-year-old boy was attacked and seriously injured when he was walking home from the forest with his mother, and in Fatehpur village, a 60-year-old woman was attacked when she was walking in a sugarcane field. Forest officer Arun Kumar said, “We have installed cages to trap the leopard. The villagers living in the area have also been alerted. The forest officer told that till now two leopards have been rescued from Nagina area and released in Amangarh range.
