Lawyers beat up the accused and soldiers who appeared in Kanpur, FIR on 10 after the video

Kidwai Nagar police arrested Ashok Kumar, a resident of Kanjdanpurwa and Ashwani Kumar, a resident of JP Colony, in a case of breach of peace. Constable Mohammad Irfan and home guard Shivsharan Singh posted at the police station had taken the accused to the court located in the police line. Constables and home guards were standing outside the court with the accused. Meanwhile some lawyers came and started beating Ashok Kumar.

When constable Mohammad Irfan and Hoggard tried to save the accused, the lawyers started manhandling the constable and the home guard. The lawyers beat up the police personnel. Many soldiers and lawyers reached the spot. He somehow pacified the matter. Whose video was made viral on social media by someone.

FIR registered on 10

In the case of beating of a constable and a home guard in the police line, the police has registered an FIR against eight including advocate Mrityunjay Singh, Ashish Mishra in the police station. The police have imposed other serious sections including assault, rebellion, intimidation of public servants. Police are continuously raiding for arrest.

There was a fight last year as well

In Kanpur, several incidents of Meerpeet between police and lawyers have come to the fore.
