District Immunization Officer Dr. Neeraj Aggarwal told that at present there is not much demand coming from the vaccination centers. When the demand increases, the vaccine will be demanded from the government. At the same time, the investigation is also being done continuously. For this, VTM vials and antigen kits have been demanded from the government, which will be available to the district soon.

17 new patients of Kovid were found

On Saturday, 17 new corona patients were found in the district. Now the number of infected has reached 133, out of which 75 are active patients and 10 patients are admitted in hospitals. During the last 24 hours, the isolation of 12 infected people has been over and 3 patients have been discharged from the hospital. This time the city area has become a hotspot in terms of corona infection. So far 100 patients have been found in the urban area. District Surveillance Officer Dr. RK Gupta said that after Holi, due to the festive season and change in weather, people are suffering from cold, cough and cold. Corona infection is being confirmed in these people after getting them tested. In such a situation, it is necessary that the Kovid protocol should be followed. People should use masks and refrain from shaking hands.

Arrangement in Combined and Santosh Hospital

The DSO said that the health department has prepared a 30-bed isolation ward with ventilator in the Combined Hospital at the government level. The Combined Hospital has 20 ventilators. Along with this, 30 beds have also been reserved in Santosh Hospital. Out of these 10 beds are of ICU.
