Driving license is not available in UP due to Russia Ukraine War, know the whole issue

Hathras: The Russia-Ukraine War, which has been going on for several months, is affecting the driving license holders of Hathras. The chip used in the driving license comes from Ukraine. Chip is not being supplied from there. For this reason, driving license has not yet been issued to about two and a half thousand people in Hathras district. In such a situation, the applicants are facing a lot of trouble.

In fact, about 30 to 40 driving licenses are made daily in the ARTO office in Hathras district. In which the process of change of original address, renewal of driving license, other license is done. Applicants from the office completed the process of driving license. The license is then sent to the Lucknow Transport Office for online issuance.

People have to go round

About two and a half thousand applicants are engaged in line for driving license for about three months. Applicants are roaming around the office, due to which they have to face a lot of trouble.

License not issued due to lack of chip

On the other hand, in this case, RI Santosh Kumar of the Transport Department says that the peddling of the driving license is going on for three months. The war in Russia and Ukraine caused a shortage of the chip used in the license. Due to this the license could not be issued. Efforts to gradually eliminate padding are underway at the Headquarters level.
