Campaign to crack down on cheating in UP Board exams, color of copies will change, security code will be printed on answer sheet

This will be the first time in the UP Board exam and along with the change in the color of the copies, the security code will also be there. Two important changes have been made this year regarding the safety of copies in the UP Board. Firstly, the copies will be in two colours. For example, high school ‘A’ red (dark) color and high school ‘B’ magenta pink (dark) color. Apart from this, if we talk about intermediate, plain copies of ‘A’ violet (dark) and ‘B’ brown (dark) color will be given.

According to the system issued till now, the writing above the copies of intermediate was used in red color and in high school, light blue color was used. The color of ‘B’ copy of both was black. The colors have been changed in the answer copy. Police and administration are very alert regarding the examinations starting from 16th February.

Along with this, keeping in mind the security, every copy will also have a security code attached to it. This will not allow the exchange of copies. Keeping the security in mind, the security code will also be embedded in the copy. Arrangements are being made to give stitched copies. The details of which number copy is being given to which student in each examination center will also be sent to the board. Copies of absent candidates can be used if needed in the last phase of the examination with the permission of the District School Inspector.
