The couple living in Barra police station area are doctors by profession. Husband and wife are posted in a hospital in Kanpur Dehat. The victim’s father told the police that my daughter is 16 years old. His Instagram friend Vinay Thakur called him on Friday (March 3) at MG Hukkabar in Karrahi. There he was made to drink hookah and then made him drink cold drink laced with intoxicants. After this raped her. The accused then handed over the daughter to her friends. Five friends including Vinay Thakur’s friend Ajay Thakur, Aman Sengar also tried to rape. The accused had bitten with his teeth. Ajay Thakur is a history sheeter. At the same time, many cases are also registered against Aman Sengar.

The police have sent the main accused Vinay Thakur and MG Hukkabar operator’s brother to jail. At the same time, history-sheeter Ajay Thakur, Aman Sengar and four unknowns are absconding. The student had appeared before the Children’s Committee a few days back. The medical report was also produced before the magistrate. Trial will be held in fast track

Joint CP said that the Kanpur Commissionerate Police has decided that action will be taken against them under the Gangster Act. Along with this, action under 14A (confiscation of property) will also be taken against them. Police Commissioner BP Jogdand has directed to file the charge sheet within the next 15 to 20 days. At the same time, within 100 days, we will try to get strict punishment by requesting the honorable court to take it to a fast track trial.
