In this scheme, under the Social Welfare Department, special sessions are organized for the students to prepare for the Civil Services Main Examination as well as for the interview, where guidance is provided to the candidates by subject experts and senior IAS and PCS officers. Students who get selected in UPSC Civil Services come from an environment where their parents are unable to arrange expensive coaching for them. Some belong to a farmer’s family and some to a laborer’s family. Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana has been started to help the candidates of such weak economic environment.

CM Yogi started this scheme for the preparation of competitive exams like IAS, IPS, PCS, NDS, CDS, NEET and JEE on 6 February 2021, the foundation day of Uttar Pradesh. Since then till now about 15 thousand candidates have been successful in various examinations and are moving towards their bright future. 132 candidates who got education from here have achieved success in competitive examinations like PCS, Police Service and IIT.

Department officials said that under this scheme, free coaching is provided to all such students who want to prepare for these exams but are unable to do so due to their financial condition. Under this scheme, syllabus and question bank are also made available to the students at the divisional level. The scheme is operated under the supervision of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

The special thing is that under this scheme, offline classes are also provided to the students along with online study material. Through this scheme, the promising students of the state are getting an opportunity to move forward, while they are getting success in various examinations by getting the best coaching.
