Loan News: 18 lakh loan was taken by keeping fake gold in the finance company, case against 6 people including employee

Hamirpur: To take a loan of Rs 18 lakh in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh, thugs mortgaged fake gold in Ashirwad Micro Finance Gold Loan Company. The manager of the company has filed a case in Kotwali after the gold was found to be fake in the investigation. In this, six people including four employees of the company have been named. The police has also started investigating this matter. The accused is absconding.

Ashirwad Micro Finance Gold Loan Company operates in Rath town of Hamirpur district. Nihar Vishwas, a resident of North West Bengal, is posted as Area Manager in this company. Told that in this company Sandeep resident of Ajmat Nagar, Hardoi is posted as branch head, Alok Pratap resident of Parsoli as assistant branch head, Anuj Pratap Singh, resident of Rampur in Pratapgarh and Mohit of Banda are posted as assistant staff. The area manager said that on April 26 this year, Deepak Soni, a resident of Budholiana Mohal of Rath town, along with company personnel, pledged fake gold and took a loan of Rs 11.1 lakh 128 from the company. Told that earlier on March 30, Salikram took a loan of Rs 2.73 lakh 100 by pledging fake gold in the company.

A fake loan of Rs 1.44 lakh 136 was also taken on April 30 and Rs 3.23 lakh 641 on May 17 in the name of Brijesh Kumar, a resident of Dhagwan village of Kotwali area. Brijesh Kumar does not even have any information about this loan. The area manager told that Deepak Soni and Salikram, in connivance with the employees of the company, had fraudulently taken a loan of more than Rs 18.42 lakh, while in lieu of this, these people had pledged gold in the company. Which has been found to be fake in the investigation. Company’s Area Manager Security Jayprakash told today that the accused had taken a loan of more than Rs 18.42 lakh by pledging 778.6 grams of gold in the company. When the gold was examined, it turned out to be fake.

Case filed against thugs including four employees of the company

Inspector Tara Singh Patel of Rath Kotwali said that a case has been registered against six people, including four employees of the company, on the Tahrir of the area manager of Ashirwad Micro Finance Gold Loan Company. Told that the investigation of this matter has been given to Inspector Crime. Soon the accused will be arrested.
