Kanpur News: SP MLA Irfan Solanki became Ashraf Ali, traveling by air with fake Aadhaar card, FIR lodged

Kanpur: Police is tightening its noose on Kanpur SP MLA Irfan Solanki. SP MLA Irfan Solanki and his brother are on the run in connection with setting fire to the hut. Meanwhile, the police engaged in the investigation of the case has made a shocking disclosure. According to the police, the SP MLA has made a fake Aadhaar card by hiding his identity and traveled by air. Along with this, to hide, they have taken rooms in hotels with fake Aadhaar cards. On last Saturday, Kanpur Commissionerate Police has registered an FIR under serious sections at Gwaltoli police station. In this case, 6 people have been detained by the police.

There is a plot of Baby Naaz living in Defense Colony located in Jajmau police station area. This plot belonged to the father of baby Naz. Baby Naaz is in possession of this plot after his father’s death. Baby’s family lives in the plot by putting thatch and thatch. Baby is originally from Prayagraj. Baby Naaz had alleged that the SP MLA and his brother wanted to take possession of the plot. Had gone to attend a marriage ceremony with family on 7th November (Monday). Meanwhile, the MLA and his brother set the hut on fire. SP MLA is absconding with his brother since last 22 days.

Case filed under serious sections

Joint Commissioner of Police Anand Tiwari said that a case has been registered against Irfan Solanki at Gwaltoli police station. In which FIR has been registered under sections 212, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC. In the case of arson in Jajmau, the police was running a campaign for arrests in various cities of the country. During this, a new crime of Irfan Solanki had come to the notice of our Delhi and Mumbai team.

During the investigation, it came to light that Aadhaar card was made in a fraudulent manner. Knowing that this is a very big criminal act. It is a major offense to travel by air by concealing your identity and breaching the security cordon of an international airport. Another’s name and own photo were used in the fake Aadhaar card. Traveled from Delhi to Mumbai by Indigo flight.

Irfan seen in CCTV footage

Joint CP said that Kanpur Police has collected CCTV footage from the airport under 65B. Jajmau case accused Irfan Solanki has been seen going inside the airport on November 11. Similar footage has also been seen going out of Mumbai airport. We have also taken a list of all the passengers of that aircraft. It was seen in the list of passengers that Irfan Solanki was not traveling in his name. The people receiving them outside the airport have also been seen in the CCTV footage. His receivers are also involved in this conspiracy. Irfan Solanki was traveling in the name of Ashraf Ali.

Attachment action will be taken

This FIR has been lodged by the Chief Investigator. The person who made the forged document has also been named in the FIR. We have also recovered that computer, desktop. Will file the interpretation of the forged document in the court within 15 days. We will tell the court that the accused will support the law, there is no such hope. In this sequence, the action of 82 and 83 will also be taken forward.

Joint CP said that there are some named accused in this FIR. In which the names of Noori Shaukat, Ashraf Ali, Ishrat, Ammar Elahi, Anwar Masoori, Akhtar Masoori and Ali are included. Many more names are coming out in the process of discussion. Preparing forged documents by being a public representative. Traveling by air, taking advantage of it is a serious crime. The fake Aadhaar card was made on November 10 last. It has been used on 11 and 12. Using Aadhaar card, in the name of Ashraf Ali, traveled from Delhi to Mumbai Six E 2138 by sitting on seat number 31. All the footage and photos related to this are with our team.

All departments have been informed

Our police team has also given written information to the passport and visa department. This FIR was filed on November 26 last. Our team had returned from Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Rajasthan and many more states. He gave the details to the chief investigator. After this this FIR has been registered.
