Fearless crooks in Agra: Bike-riding robbers looted chain from customs officer’s wife, woman suffering in panic

A bikers gang robbed a gold chain by swooping on the neck of Richa Kamlesh Pathak, wife of a customs officer, near Arvind Colony, Sikandra in Agra. She was coming home from the market with two kids from Activa. The miscreants fled after committing the crime near the house. BJP MLA Purushottam Khandelwal reached on the information of the incident. He talked to the police to nab the miscreants. The incident happened only four hours after the businessman was taken hostage in Sector 16.

MLA reached the spot

MLA Purushottam Khandelwal told that Richa Kamlesh Pathak lives in Dwarka Orchid Colony located on the Kargil to Shastripuram road. Husband is posted in Mumbai. She had gone to the market for shopping. Coming back in the evening. She was driving Activa. The younger child was in the front, while the elder son was sitting in the back seat. Then two miscreants came from behind. One of them robbed Richa of gold in one fell swoop. After this went ahead and after taking Uturn went back towards Kargil. Richa shouted. People gathered on this, but by then the miscreants had gone away.
