Karan further said, ‘I consider him to be quite a hypocrite because I have realized that when you see people coming from filmy families, their entry into films is based on their physique. People think that ‘he has a good body, good appearance, good hair, he has a good body, face or hair’. So I think it is quite hypocritical that to launch a starkid, you need a complete package but to find a non Bollywood actor, that package is the problem.

Karan further said, ‘And then you accept those people as they are.’ The actor also added to the never-ending debate on nepotism in the industry. Karan also said that sometimes even actors with the best physiques get a ‘small portion’ of roles. He said that people who look good are often portrayed as dark in skin tone.
