Along with campaigning for the assembly elections in Bihar, a period of promises and announcements is also continuing. In this episode, Pappu Yadav, the head of the Jan Adhikar Party, has announced that income tax will not be taken from the businessman if his government is formed. He has made this announcement with a view to promoting the industry in the state. Pappu Yadav announced this while addressing a rally with Bhima Army Chief Chandrasekhar at Bhabua in Kaimur district.
Pappu Yadav has tied up with Chandrashekhar’s party for the Bihar assembly elections 2020. Addressing an election rally in Bhabua, Pappu Yadav said that whenever there was a problem in Bihar, I was present to help the public. Referring to last year’s Patna floods, Yadav said that at that time Sushil Modi ran away with his family wearing half pants but I was among the people. Not just floods, corona, chum fever or any other trouble, I have always helped the people of Bihar.
Pappu Yadav also targeted Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of the country. He said that the girls were sexually abused at the Muzaffarpur shelter home in Nitish Raj itself. But till now there has been no strict action in this matter. Yadav said that the Modi government at the Center is working towards ending reservation in the country. Nitish Kumar is also part of the same alliance. Pappu Yadav said that this time the people of Bihar will calculate 15 years of Nitish Kumar.
The president of Jan Adhikar Party said that I have given affidavit in the court for Bihar elections. If you do not live up to those promises within three years, I will not come among you. Pappu Yadav said that if my government is formed then there will be perpetrators of crimes against women or I will stay. He also promised to make Bihar number one.
