Tollywood’s leading actor Megastar Chiranjeevi needs no special introduction. While making movies on one side, on the other side he is busy with his responsibilities in social programs. He is the hero who diverted his remaining favorite song towards social service. He called not only fans but people to donate blood and eyes by establishing Chiranjeevi Trust. He stood by the film workers in the industry even during Corona. British Deputy High Commissioner Gareth Owen visited Chiranjeevi Blood Bank on Saturday. Apart from visiting, he also donates blood. There he met megafans who donated blood many times. He also learned about the working of the blood bank. Megastar Chiranjeevi congratulated.
On this occasion, Chiranjeevi said, “Through Telangana Governor Tamilisai, we have given health insurance cards worth 7 lakhs to more than 20 blood donors. Now we are providing insurance cards to 1500 people through the hands of Gareth Owen. Without the fans, this program would not have been as great as the river of life. It pained me to see my distant relative dying of blood loss. Then I started the blood donation program. The fans stood by me. Many people have asked to start blood banks in more places. But I have to personally supervise them. Otherwise it still hurts me if something goes wrong. Even so, my fans are still like our blood bank everywhere,” he said.
Coming to the movies.. Waltair Veerayya is the film in which Chiranjeevi is currently playing the title role. The movie will be released on Sankranthi 2023. Mythri Movie Makers will produce this movie under the direction of Bobby (Director Bobby). Shruti Haasan played the heroine. Waltheru Veeraiah release date will be officially announced by the makers soon. Along with Chiranjeevi, Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja will also act in this film.
