Balagam LAC Awards: ‘Balagam’, which showed its strength on the global stage, won the Los Angeles Cinematography Awards!

Venu Yeldandi, who acted in more than 200 films as a comic actor in films, succeeded in his first attempt as a director. His film ‘Balagam’ with Priyadarshi and Kavya Kalyan Ram got good applause from the audience. Produced by Harshit Reddy and Hanshitala under the banner of Dil Raju Productions, this film made double profits at the box office. This movie brought tears to everyone who saw it. Director Venu has succeeded in bringing out the emotional moments that take place in a family after the death of a man. The film which connected everyone emotionally has recently shown its strength with awards on the global stage (Global Stage).

Balagam won two awards at the Los Angeles Cinematography Awards (LAC). While director Venu got the award in the Best Feature Film category, Acharya Venu, the cinematographer of this film, got the award in the Best Feature Film Cinematography category. Dil Raju Productions announced this on Twitter and congratulated the award winners Venu Eldandi and Acharya Venu.

As for the special features of the movie ‘Balagam’, it was opened in a rural setting with a perfect Telangana nativity. All the Telugu people connected with the way it showed the love and affection between the lovers who parted for petty reasons. Meanwhile, the entire film was shot in the surrounding villages of Sirisilla district. Even though all the other artistes except the lead pair are new, Venu has got natural acting from them.

Music is the most important thing in ‘Balagam’ movie. The songs rendered by Bhims Cicerolio reflect the Telangana nativity. ‘Balarama Narsayyo’ which comes on the occasion of death.. ‘Uru Palletooru’ which describes the grandeur of the village.. the climax song ‘Toduga Maatho Ifa’.. these are the ones that stand out. The background score also got involved in the story and contributed to the success of the film. This ‘force’ which touched the emotion and attachment that was disappearing among the people.. brought the village life once again in front of the eyes.
