Telangana News: In Telangana, the government has given another chance to the poor who have been living in government lands for a long time to regularize those places. It has decided to receive applications once again to give them rights. Also, the regularization has once again provided flexibility to those who have established permanent residence in the lands belonging to the Singareni organization. According to the appeals received from the poor, it has been given the opportunity to apply once again for land regularization and transfer of rights under JVO 58 and JVO 59. The cutoff date has been extended to 2nd June 2020. In this order, the revenue department has issued JIV number 28 and 29 on Friday. While 30 days were given for land regularization applications in towns, three months were given for applications in Singareni. In a recent cabinet meeting chaired by CM KCR, the cutoff date was extended with the intention of giving another opportunity to the urban poor under JVO 58 and 59. But even though the guidelines were supposed to be released immediately, the MLC election code came to a halt. On Friday, the government issued an order to lift the code. Those occupying lands of Singareni Calories Company Limited in the districts of Khammam, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Jayashankar Bhupalapalli, Kumuram Bheem Asifabad, Adilabad, Manchiryala, Peddapelli and Jagityala in Singareni can apply. CM KCR has taken a decision to provide permanent rights to those who have occupied government lands and set up residence in the urban areas by the time Telangana is formed as a separate state i.e. June 2, 2014. To this end, Jivo 58 and 59 were released on 30th December 2014. The applications received were examined and resolved.

But the new cutoff date for regularization is 2nd June 2020. . Also, the deadline for applications in cities is from 1st April to 30th April. From 1st April to 30th June in Singareni. Free regularization for houses occupying plots up to 125 square yards. Those occupying between 126-250 square yards have to pay a fee of 50 percent of the market price of the land. Those who have built houses in area between 251-500 square yards can regularize it by paying a fee of 75 percent of the market price. If it is from 500 to 1000 yards, 100 percent of the government price should be paid. 100 percent of the cost for non-residential land. Apply for regularization at your service centers. Proofs of residence at the place prior to the cutoff date should be submitted. A committee consisting of RDO Chairman and Tehsildar as members will examine the applications and take the final decision.
