Telangana High Court: BRS Zaheerabad MP Bibi Patil has been sued in the High Court. The Supreme Court ordered the High Court to re-examine the case filed by the Congress Zaheerabad MP candidate Madan Mohan and expeditiously complete it on six grounds. In this order, Madan Mohan filed a petition in the High Court seeking cancellation of Bibi Patil’s membership as a TRS candidate for not mentioning the crimes against him in the affidavit during the parliamentary elections.
