Telangana State Government Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari has directed the officials to speed up job placements in the state. On March 14, the CS conducted a review of government job vacancies in the state. The meeting was held with the officers of the recruitment boards at the temporary secretariat BRK Bhavan. After it was found that the question paper of Assistant Engineer being replaced by TSPSC was leaked, the CS conducted a review on the job appointments. TSPSC Secretary Anita Ramachandran, Police Recruitment Board Chairman Srinivas Rao, Gurukul Recruitment Board Secretary Mallaya Bhattu, Medical Recruitment Board JD Gopikanth, Council of Higher Education Chairman Professor R Limbadri, Finance Secretary Ronald Ross and many other officials were present in this meeting.

Total ten thousand posts by September….
Telangana Police Recruitment Board has issued notification for 17,516 posts and said that the preliminary exams have already been conducted and the written exams will be completed in April. Officials told CS‌ that the appointments will be made in the month of September. The CS said that about 10,000 job vacancies of various levels will be filled by the Medical and Health Service Board by August. Shantikumari clarified that the recruitment process for all 10 thousand posts will be completed by Telangana Residential Educational Recruitment Board by September. The Chief Secretary to the Government has ordered the officials of the concerned departments to take all precautions in the recruitment process and resolve the pending issues in some departments in terms of service points, roster points and reservations immediately and notify the respective job vacancies.

TSPSC Chairman Janarthan Reddy reacted to the paper leakage issue. He spoke to the media on Tuesday. He said that a decision will be taken after receiving the official report from the police. It is advised not to believe the rumors coming on social media. It is said that the employees working in TSPSC have leaked the paper. Rajasekhar Reddy, who works in the outsourcing department, and Praveen, the assistant section officer, hacked the system together and leaked the papers. He said that he got suspicious about this matter and lodged a complaint with the police. An inquiry will be conducted in this case.
