Central and state finance funds have stopped for gram panchayats since last year. Serpents are facing many difficulties because they cannot tell anyone. Several sarpanches of Nandipet mandal met DPO officer Jayasudha on Tuesday after the Nandipet Sarpanch incident. We took loans and did development work in the villages. Interests are increasing. Nandipet’s Sarpanch Sambar Vani and her husband Tirupati (ward member) committed suicide in front of the collector’s office demanding justice. He alleged that MLA Jeevan Reddy has been harassing him for not giving the bills for many development programs in the village at a cost of two crores. The Deputy Sarpanch complained that he was causing trouble by not signing the cheques. He alleged that he was elected from BJP and joined BRS with the intention of development, but they are being harassed.
