Jayashankar News: The incident of digging a big hole in a house for hidden funds took place in Bausingh Palli of Chityala Mandal of Jayashankar Bhupalapalli District. Police arrested 8 people in this case and sent them to remand. Ajmira Sarayya, a resident of the same village as Bausingh Palli, came to see the digging noises and mud pouring from Vijaya couple’s house. As they answered in a roundabout way, they got suspicious and informed the police. Police went to the house of Ajmira Saraiya and Vijaya and found a big hole inside. Officials said that the couple of Ajmira Saraiya and Vijaya confessed to the police that they were digging for hidden funds.

God appeared in a dream and said
Ajmira Sarayya and Vijaya couple say that while sleeping, God appeared in a dream and told them that there is gold in the house. They told the same thing to their near relatives and they all started to excavate Saraya’s residence in Ajmira. An area of two square feet was dug in one corner of the house. It seems to have been dug to a depth of 3 to 4 feet. A picture of God was placed next to it and a lamp was lit. For this, close relatives Ratan Singh and Raj Kumar were called. People named Ashok, Ramesh, Raju, Odelu were called and started digging with them. 8 people took up excavations together. However, the locals got suspicious and informed the police as the digging noises were coming and the mud was coming up. The police came and found that excavations had been carried out. Authorities arrested 8 accused who were digging holes for hidden funds in the house. Later, a case was registered against them. Local CI Venu Chander said that 8 people will be taken to remand and will be interrogated for full details. The fact that excavations for hidden treasures were carried out in the village was known all over the village. Locals say that now the two meet in the village and talk about hidden funds.
‘In the house of Saraiya, excavations were carried out in an area of two square feet, about 3 to 4 feet. On receiving information from the locals, the police reached the spot and arrested the accused. Along with Ajmira Saraiyya and Vijaya couple, their relatives Ratan Singh, Raj Kumar, Ashok, Ramesh, Raju and Odelu, four other people took up the excavations. When the police went and looked, they did not find any hidden funds there. We will register a case and take the 8 accused to remand,” said CI Venu Chander.
