First of all you have to go to https://accounts.google.com/.

Then You will have to create a new password.
Second method – If Google account is not set up in your Android phone then do this
First go to https://accounts.google.com/.
Then enter the Gmail address or mobile number.
Then tap on Try Another Way given below.
After this You will be asked to enter your old password.
If your password is correct, you will be automatically logged in, otherwise continue with this step.
Recovery will start as soon as you click on the Next option. Google verification code will be sent to the email address.
Then enter the verification code.
You will then be redirected to a new page, where you will be able to create a new password.
Third method: Recover password from Android phone
Bring down the phone screen and tap on Google.
After this tap on the Manage Your Google Account button.
After this go to the Security tab.
Scroll down and tap on the Password box. Tap.
Then tap on Forget Password.
After this you will be asked to confirm the screen lock and you will have to tap on Continue.
