Some time ago, when her friend said that her old friend wanted a number, she asked for his number and the friend asked, “Why do you put your photo in your Instagram story and put nasty text?” While investigating that the young lady did not create such an account, someone sent her a fake ID, wrote a nasty message and sent obscene photos. So she filed a complaint in Cyber ​​Crime.

Based on the complaint, the police detained the boy and interrogated him, he said, adding that he made the video and uploaded it on various social media platforms. In one of the videos, the nurse did this in retaliation for making a negative comment.

Second incident: Case against Insta Friend for harassing a girl
A case has been registered against a young man from Pune village for allegedly harassing a 15-year-old girl who had a friendship on Instagram. Accused Jignesh Chauhan also threatened the girl’s father that he would attack her with acid and kill her. According to information received, Chauhan had befriended the girl seven months ago.

Police said he started chasing her when she went to tuition class. Tired of her annoyance, the girl told her father who had met Chauhan and told him to stay away from her. However, after Chauhan threatened him, the father went to the Pune police station and lodged a complaint against the youth. Based on which, the police have started searching for Chauhan and conducted an investigation. She was charged under sections of the Poxo Act and IPC 354 (insulting women).
