Ashok Gehlot of Rajasthan was reshuffled on Sunday. At the swearing-in ceremony held at Raj Bhavan, 15 Congress MLAs were administered the oath of office. Of these, 11 MLAs were administered the oath of office and secrecy as cabinet ministers and 4 as ministers of state. Along with this, 6 MLAs were appointed as advisors to the Chief Minister. Babu Lal Nagar and Sanyam Lodha, who were made advisors to the Chief Minister, are independent MLAs. While Dr Jitendra Singh, Rajkumar Sharma, Danish Abrar and Ramkesh Meena are Congress MLAs. The three-year tenure of the Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan will be completed in December. This was the first reshuffle of the Gehlot cabinet.
