Punjab News: There is good news for the youth who are dreaming of joining the Punjab Police. Recruitment has been done for 1746 posts in Punjab Police. This vacancy has been removed for the posts of constable and sub-inspector. The applications for the post of Sub-Inspector will start from 7th February, whereas for the post of Constable, applications will start from 15th February. Application for Sub-Inspector from today
The youth were waiting for a long time for police recruitment. The notification for recruitment to the posts of Sub-Inspector (ASI) in Districts Police and Armed Police Cadre was released on 31 January. The applications for the post of sub-inspector will start from 7 pm on 7th February i.e. from today, 28th February has been fixed as the last date for this. The sub-inspector will be selected through a three-stage process. In the first phase, there will be a computer based written test, on the basis of which marks will be invited for Physical Measurement Test. After that there will be document verification. The age limit for sub-inspector has been fixed from 18 to 28 years. Only graduate candidates can apply for this.
Application for constable from February 15
In this recruitment for 1746 posts, the application for the post of constable will start from February 15 and its last date has been fixed till March 8 at 11.55 pm. Is. 570 posts out of 1746 in Punjab Police are reserved for women. The age of the candidate applying for the post of constable should be between 18 to 28 years. Only 12th pass candidate from the same recognized board can apply for this.
