Prayagraj: Voting for the election of new office bearers of Bar Association in Allahabad High Court is going to be held tomorrow i.e. on December 1. In these elections, 199 candidates are going to be in the fray for a total of 28 posts, including 13 key posts. On December 1, around ten thousand voters will cast their votes from 9 am to 5 pm. This entire election process will be done under the protection of CRPF of Para Military Force. This will be the first time, that along with the names of the candidates, their colored photographs will also be displayed on the ballot paper. Apart from this, censored cameras will also be used to prevent fake voting.

This time the ballot papers of the elections have also been kept under the supervision of CRPF. In voting and counting, along with the people of police and administration, CRPF will also be monitored. Counting of votes will be held daily from December 2 between 10 am to 5 pm. The ballot papers will be sorted on the first day. Five different ballot papers will be used in the election. It may take a week to ten days to complete the counting of all the posts. In this election, 9946 voters will vote. Twenty booths have been set up for voting. Two separate booths have been set up for women and senior advocates. It will be mandatory for the voters to come in dress and bring the identity card of the Bar Association.
